The Multidisciplinary Working Group (MWG), established to provide the project management team with technical and expert support to carry out the Stocktaking exercise. The MWG is comprised of five members who cover the following areas of expertise: sociology; semiotics; communication; marketing; cultural anthropology.

Mr. Stefano Volpicelli, Sociologist
is an expert in research, analysis, communication and capacity-building interventions in the reception, protection and care of people in vulnerable situations, including irregular and forced migrants, and asylum seekers.

Mr. Kristian Bankov, Semiotician
is a professor of semiotics at New Bulgarian University and Department Chair of the Southeast European Center for Semiotic Studies. He heads the organizing team of 12th World Congress of the International Semiotics Association.

Miss Selma Nametak, Cultural Anthropologist, born in Mostar, in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1976, leaves her hometown during the war in Bosnia. On the backdrop of her educational and professional choices, having experienced the war, there was the need to understand the dynamics underlying the conflict between diversities and how overcoming of these conflicts can be triggered through intercultural communication.

Mr. Davide Tosco, Communication and Audience engagement designer specialised in multiplatform strategies for awareness and information campaigns. Developed and supervised communication projects for international and European institutions, with a specific focus on participative media production.

Ms. Nadejda Komendatova, Behavioural Marketeer
leads the Cooperation and Transformative Governance Research Group at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA) and is a senior research scholar in the Advancing Systems Analysis Program.
