National Coordination Teams (NCTs) will gather Ministries in charge of migration policymaking (primarily Labour and/or Interior), as well as mainstream media, such as national TV/radio. The NTC will act as a mechanism for sharing information and consult relevant authorities about project activities taking place at national level. To ensure smooth cooperation and foster ownership of the project’s objectives and activities, Focal Points will be appointed at relevant Ministries participating in the NCTs and hired by ILO/OSCE through the project’s budget. The ILO will be directly responsible for the following countries: Bosnia-Herzegovina, North Macedonia and Serbia, while the OSCE will be directly responsible for Austria, Italy and Germany.
